LPR’s 3-year Structural Ironworker Apprenticeship Program

LPR is committed to employing and developing the best steel erection professionals in the industry and we demand the highest levels of safety and quality on all of our projects. To accomplish this commitment, LPR employees that are not at the Journeyman level are enrolled in our 3-year Structural Ironworking Apprenticeship Program. This program was developed in cooperation with the U.S. Department of Labor’s Bureau of Apprenticeship and Training and is registered as part of the National Apprentice Program in accordance with the basic Standards of Apprenticeship as established by the Secretary of Labor.
