LPR Safety Token


LPR has a great commitment to safety! We appreciate your efforts and cooperation in building our safety program. It's your commitment to safety that makes a safer jobsite for everyone. The safety cash token enclosed will be used to purchase safety awards at the end of each quarter.  Quarters run from: First of January to End of March, First of April to End of June, First of July to End of September, First of October to End of December. To qualify for a cash token you must work for one complete quarter without:

 

  1. Lost Time Injury
  2. Restricted Duty
  3. Safety Violation
  4. Positive Drug/Alcohol Test

If any of the above four should apply to an employee, the employee will not receive a token for that particular quarter. The employee will be eligible the following quarter.

Employees must earn their safety cash tokens and these tokens may not be given or sold to fellow employees. An inventory of safety cash tokens, injuries, restricted duty, safety violations and new hires will be kept by the safety director. Any employee who quits, or is terminated may turn in tokens immediately for safely awards or will otherwise forfeit all value.

The safety awards are just small rewards for-working safe. The real rewards are priceless.
