Description

Near the heart of downtown Denver, the new Medical Office Building addition to the St. Joseph’s Hospital presented the construction team with obvious site related concerns.  The MOB and Parking Garage filled an entire block which left no room for material storage and made it difficult for equipment use.  By working together and utilizing the innovative management team from LPR, the project went forward with no issues.

Once the building was erected, LPR was not finished.  There was a bridge need to connection the new MOB with the existing hospital.  Again, the construction team worked together to find the best most effective way to get this bridge into place.
