Description

The new medical office building in Loveland, CO was initiated as a design-assist project with the Engineer of record. Drahota Construction determined that for efficiency and economics, L.P.R. involved with the engineer on a design-assist basis was more advantageous. Seemly, this was a “simple” project, but as with all buildings, it had uniqueness to it with a grand stair and curtain wall support system.

Schedule was incredibly faster with simplified connections and details. With the faster schedule came more economical pricing.
