Description:
Downtown Cheyenne, WY, the location of the new Laramie County Library, is no different than downtown Denver – congested. The construction team worked together and accommodated each need to accomplish the project successfully. L.P.R. was able to maintain the original 10 week schedule quoted 6 months earlier.
